Communication
Insurance Solutions, Inc. has always believed
that a key component in the administration of an employee benefits
package is the effective communication of the program. An ISI Employee
Advocate contact is assigned to each client; however, all staff
members are cross-trained to assist in the benefits communication
process as well as address employee questions and claim issues as
necessary.
Our clients have unlimited access to the following communication
tools:
- Employee Benefit Guides
and/or Benefits Summaries
These customized communication pieces are designed to be printed
for company-wide distribution. We also provide each
client with other avenues in which to communicate their
benefits program such as through the Employee Benefit
Center (EBC) and via company Intranet site.
- Voice Over Power Point
Presentations
Our Power Point Presentations provide the employees with a concise
overview of their benefits program during Open Enrollment meetings
as well as New Hire Orientations.
- Employee Benefit Center
The Employee Benefit Center, or EBC, streamlines communication
for HR staff and employees. The technology organizes HR information
and makes it available to employees online, with quick access
to all of their benefits information, employee costs, SPDs,
forms and other content. It is customized, easy to use, always
up to date, and available to you and your employees 24/7 via Internet
Explorer 5.0+ browser.
